Professional Capital Resources is a subsidiary of R.B. Price & Company, Inc., founded by Richard B. Price. He began his career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company after receiving his MBA and JD degrees from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Graduate School of Business and the Law School.

Over the past thirty years, the firm has engaged in investment banking, private equity deal making and consulting with financial institutions around the world. Mr. Price has also served as president of Aqua America, Inc., (www.aquaamerica.com), a publicly listed New York Stock Exchange company. Mr. Price has worked on deals with private equity firms and hedge funds representing over $100 billion in capital.
